The 27.3-metre motor yacht Alexandra, listed for sale by Felix Sowerbutts of Christie Yachts, has had a €500,000 price drop.
Delivered by Wally in 2018, as the fifth and final GRP hull in the WallyAce series, this pocket superyacht incorporates innovative design ideas by Wally founder Luca Bassani and AllSeas with an original Alberto Pinto interior.
She was refitted from 2021 to 2022 by her current owners who upgraded her cosmetically and technically, additional stabilisers being one addition in her over €1,000,000 refit.
Alexandra's master cabin is located on the lower deck aft with direct access to the swim platform through large sliding glass doors. The broker pointed out that this stateroom is similar in size to those found on 60-metre yachts. There is another double cabin and a twin with Pullman berth so she sleeps a party of up to seven guests, all positioned aft of the engine room on the lower deck. Crew quarters for four in two cabins are forward, adjacent to the galley.
Alexandra's interior boasts 280 square metres of living space and her sundeck offers guests 59 square metres to spread out on. There are seating areas all over the decks so guests can enjoy privacy or all gather together, perhaps under an awning on the foredeck when stern to in port, or up on the sundeck underway or the large sunpads aft. Al fresco dining is enjoyed on the aft deck under the elegant teak-laid deckhead.
The swim platform on this particular boat was extended and features an "oversized hydraulic transformer" which lowers to below the waterline and also aids boarding from the quayside. The 135GT RINA-classed yacht for sale is powered by a pair of Caterpillar diesels pushing her to a top speed of 14 knots and cruising speed of 11 knots. Range is 3,800 nautical miles at nine knots.
Alexandra is now asking €5,450,000.
