The 26.5 metre motor yacht Kraken, listed for sale by Harry Bristow-Holmes at Bristow-Holmes, has been sold with Adam Papadakis at Camper & Nicholsons introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International, Kraken was delivered in 2009 as a Predator 84 model and recently completed a €600,000 refit. Comfortable accommodation on is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities.
Following the recent refit, her interior saloon benefits from a unique and practical update. Custom made interior sofas have increased the seating and relaxation area throughout the saloon to a much more practical space. The coffee table has been replaced with a bespoke rise and fall unit, which extends to create a large interior dining area when raised. New cabinetry throughout the saloon has allowed for the installation of a 55-inch television screen, wine cooler, drinks cabinet and a full audio/visual unit.
The exterior has benefitted from a striking black hull wrap along with a bold red boot top line ensuring that Kraken is easily recognised everywhere she goes. All the exterior upholstery has been replaced and matching domes have also been installed. Twin 1,825hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 30 knots and she is fitted with Trac digital fin stabilisers.
Kraken was asking €1,795,000 and will be renamed Starry Night.
