The 40.05 metre Sunseeker motor yacht Deseo has been listed for sale with Frank Grzeszczak Jr. and Alan Achar at FGI Yacht Group.
Built in GRP to RINA Class by British shipyard Sunseeker, Deseo was delivered in 2014 as one of 14 40 metre Sunseeker models. She can sleep up to 12 guests and nine crew across her three decks and has been maintained to a high standard throughout her life.
A contemporary interior features fine woods and chocolate leathers throughout creating a warm ambience where guests can unwind. A quartet of white leather sofas feature in the main saloon with dark wood coffee tables in the centre and a large forward dining table surrounded by 12 director-style dark leather chairs.
Forward on the main deck is a full-beam owner’s suite, which is one of five en suite cabins on board. The remaining guest accommodation is found on the lower deck divided between three doubles, one with a Pullman berth, and a twin cabin with another Pullman berth.
A second saloon offers a circular games table to one side and a large L-shaped sofa to the other facing a flatscreen television. Sliding glass doors on this level lead out onto the bridge deck aft where al fresco dining is best enjoyed.
Alternatively, guests can enjoy a light lunch up on the sun deck which has been designed with casual entertaining in mind. A lounge and dining space sit centrally beneath the shade of the hard top with an awning that extends forward and aft. A forward jacuzzi with a swim up bar is found forward with four bar stools, while the aft area is dedicated to sun lounging with a fan of sunpads with adjustable back rests.
Power comes from twin MTU 12V 4000 M93 diesel engines delivering a top speed of 26 knots and a range of 1,500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 to 12 knots. Zero-speed stabilisers ensure comfort when underway and at anchor.
Deseo is asking $14,990,000 and will be available to view at anchor at the Monaco Yacht Show.
