The 29.1-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Stra Dodo has been sold with Alessandro Diomedi of Moravia Yachting representing the seller and Stephen Kohl of Icon Yachting introducing the buyer.
The SL96 Asymmetric model was built in Italy in 2021 to designs by Zuccon International Project, the interior decoration being refined by Laura Sessa.
Stra Dodo accommodates nine guests in four cabins, the master double being positioned forward on the main deck and having private access to the foredeck. There are two VIP doubles and a twin with a Pullman berth. A second space, that would normally be a second twin cabin, has been converted to a gym but could easily be reinstated as a cabin. Two cabins in the bow allow for a crew complement of four.
Pieces from names such as Minotti and Paola Lenti feature in her "modern and sophisticated" interior, boasting oak cabinetry and flooring and brown leathers. The asymmetric design makes for larger internal volume to port in the saloon while still giving external access to all decks.
A highlight of the exterior is the sizeable teak-decked flybridge, sporting a bar, Teppanyaki grill and an al fresco dining table. There is also a dining table on the aft deck and a sunbathing spot forward.
The maximum speed is 28 knots and the 100GT, RINA-classed yacht cruises at 24 knots, under twin 2,217hp MTU engines. A submersible swim platform makes for easy access from the sea or for embarking the 3.5-metre Williams tender, stowed in the aft garage when underway.
Stra Dodo was last asking €8,000,000 and lying in Italy.
