A further $500,000 price drop has been made on the 31.1-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Genoa, listed for sale with Neal Esterly of Fraser.
Built in GRP in Italy in 2019 by Sanlorenzo, the broker said she is an "outstanding example" of the 102 Asymmetric model in "impeccable condition", having only been used locally in southern California. The exterior design is by Zuccon International and the interior is by Sanlorenzo.
Accommodating 10 guests in five cabins, the master cabin, situated forward on the main deck, has a forward-facing window above the bedhead allowing 180-degree views. The interior boasts more than two metres of headroom throughout. The remaining four guest cabins are on the lower deck and there are quarters for a crew of three.
Genoa's saloon has a large double-L seating area to starboard and an oval-shaped dining table to port. As well as accordion-style folding glass doors to the aft deck, a balcony folds out to starboard making the whole internal space feel open and fresh when at anchor.
The asymmetry of the boat is evident with the side deck to starboard of the superstructure while the main saloon and master cabin windows are flush with the hull to port – with no side deck to port. Twin staircases flanking the transom and leading to the swim platform are symmetrical, giving crew easy access to mooring line fairleads and bollards.
The 180GT RINA-classed yacht for sale has a top speed of 28 knots and cruising speed of 24 knots, under twin 2,434hp MTU, and a range of 400 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Lying in San Diego, USA, Genoa is asking $8,475,000.
