Sapphire

LOA: 50.5m
Builder: Trinity Yachts

Built in 2009 in aluminium to ABS classification, Sapphire has been well maintained since her delivery thanks to a major refit in 2019, followed by further enhancements in 2020 and 2021, which included rebuilt engines and new generators.

With an interior designed by UK-based James McFarlane, guests are welcomed by a spacious main saloon that features ample seating options and a bar in the foyer, ideal for entertaining. Adjacent to the saloon, the formal dining area seats 14 guests and is full of natural light from the surrounding large windows. Forward of the saloon lies a versatile recreational room that could be used as a children’s playroom or converted into a VIP cabin when required.

The deck spaces are equally impressive, with the main deck aft offering a large dining table for al fresco meals. Up on the sundeck, there are ample lounging and dining areas, as well as a bar and a Jacuzzi. Furthermore, a thoughtfully designed storage up here ensures tenders and toys are neatly concealed.

Ideal for families, Sapphire offers flexible accommodation for up to 20 guests in seven cabins. The bridge deck master suite is a highlight, showcasing warm wood tones, abundant natural light, a marble-finished en suite with a large bathtub and sliding glass doors leading to a private deck space. Additional staterooms include one on the bridge deck and one on the main deck, and on the lower deck there are two triples (each with a queen and twin bed) and two twins with Pullman berths.

With a range of 4,000 nautical miles, Sapphire is well-suited for extended cruising. Zero-speed stabilisers guarantee comfort whether at anchor or underway, while her shallow draught of 2.5 metres makes her ideal for cruising in any location. Currently located in Palm Beach, Sapphire has completed her five-year survey and is in immaculate condition, ready for a new owner to enjoy her family-friendly design.

Bidding period: 13-19 February
Start price: $7.5 million

Weatherbird

LOA: 31m
Builder: Les Chantiers Navals de Normandie

Weatherbird is a classic French schooner steeped in stories with a legacy that dates back to 1931, but she underwent an extensive 17-month rebuild and refit in 2021 to make her fit for modern-day cruising. This overhaul included a complete mechanical refit, system replacements and upgrades that have restored her to exceptional condition, ready for a new owner to continue her illustrious journey.

Revered for her historical significance, Weatherbird was commissioned by high-society American couple Sara and Gerald Murphy. Gerald’s father founded the renowned Mark Cross Company, known for luxury leather goods, while Sara hailed from a wealthy East Hampton family that owned the iconic 30-room mansion The Dunes. The sailing yacht therefore became a muse for some of the most celebrated artists and creatives of the era, including Cole Porter, Coco Chanel, Dorothy Parker and Pablo Picasso.

Designed by Russian aristocrat Victor Orloff and Frenchman Henri Rambaud, she is full of 1930s charm with dark and light woods complemented by an abundance of natural light in the main saloon. There is a U-shaped seating area here, along with a table, bar and ample storage.

Weatherbird comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four cabins. The master boasts a spacious double berth, a vanity desk and generous storage, while the additional guest accommodations include a double cabin and two twins. Her exterior decks are equally impressive, offering expansive seating areas perfect for socialising, relaxing or simply enjoying the surrounding views.

Currently located in Athens, Weatherbird is an ideal choice for an owner who values history, artistry and adventure.

Bidding period: 20-25 February
Start price: €1 million

M

LOA: 26.9m
Builder: Azimut

Part of Azimut’s 86S series, M is an all-Italian build with an exhilarating performance, showcasing a sporty silver GRP hull designed by Stefano Righini and interiors by Carlo Galeazzi.

Built in 2008, M received extensive upgrades during a comprehensive refit in 2020-2021. The refurbishment transformed her accommodations, which now feature four en suite staterooms. Technological upgrades included a new FLIR camera, smart TVs, enhanced WiFi, a SONOS sound system and both fixed and mobile camera systems.

Her engines and generator were also updated to ensure peak performance. With twin MTU V16 2,000hp engines, M can reach a thrilling maximum speed of 40 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. Her draught of just 1.3 metres makes her ideal for exploring the shallows of the Caribbean and the Bahamas.

Currently lying in Fort Lauderdale, M is a standout choice for those seeking a high-performance superyacht from a leading Italian shipyard.

Bidding period: 12-18 February
Starting price: $650,000
