News from Mack Carroll at Atlantic Yacht and Ship that he's closed on the sale of the 36.5m motor yacht My-Chelle with Kevin Merrigan and Wes Sanford at Northrop & Johnson representing the buyer.

Designed by Jack Sarin using a Westport hull, My-Chelle was launched by Canadian yard Sovereign Yachts in August 1999. She features accommodation for 11 guests in five en suite staterooms, plus four crew. Each area of the yacht is highly functional. The saloon has low-profile maple cabinets, some with glass fronts and showcase lighting. The dining area has a recessed ceiling dome of hammered gold leaf above the elliptical eight-seat dining table.

The spacious forward galley also serves as a dinette, with a circular pedestal table large enough to accommodate a party of eight. This area is lit by large windows on either side, allowing for panoramic views. My-Chelle has been constantly updated, with an interior upgrade in 2012 and her electronics were upgraded in 2013. Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 18 knots.

My-Chelle was asking $3,495,000.
