The 32 metre motor yacht Y, listed for sale by Eliad Hagliadi at Yacht Marine in Turkey, has been sold to a direct client.
Designed by Kerim Demir, Y was built in epoxied wood by Turkish yard Mengi-Yay to RINA class and delivered in 2011 with a major refit in 2014. Designer Guido de Groot gave her a stylish interior with high gloss panelling and wooden floors accommodating 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main-deck master suite, two VIP suites and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. Also, five crew are accommodated in three cabins.
Extensive glazing gives the main saloon panoramic views and an open outlook, complemented by cream upholstered U-shaped seating grouped around a large coffee table to port facing an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for 12 guests at a table mounted on two stainless steel pedestals.
The sheltered aft deck has proved popular with charter guests, offering the opportunity to relax and dine al fresco at a set of chairs and a dining table while the upper deck comes with a full wet bar, barbecue grill, Jacuzzi and dining area partially shaded by a hard top. Twin 1,925hp Caterpillar diesel engines power her to a cruising speed of 16 knots while she is capable of reaching 23 knots with the throttles open.
Lying in Turkey, Y was asking €2,300,000.
