The 31.7 metre motor yacht Ocean Dream has been listed for sale by Lukas Stratmann at Ocean Independence.
Designed by Ginton Naval Architects, Ocean Dream was built in steel and aluminium by Turkish yard Mengi-Yay to RINA class and delivered in May 2015. MCA compliant, she has proved to be a popular charter yacht, accommodating 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite forward on the main deck, a VIP suite and three doubles, all with entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities.
Her interior has an open plan saloon and dining area with light blue carpeting complemented by sofas and armchairs in black leather throughout. The aft relaxation area has its furniture grouped on the port side facing a bar and entertainment system including a large television screen to starboard while the formal dining area has seating for six guests on upholstered black leather chairs.
The aft deck is laid out for outdoor dining with a U-shaped sofa and two armchairs grouped around a glass topped table while on the bow there is another dining table with a built-in upholstered settee and four occasional chairs, perfect for entertaining in complete privacy, even when in port.
