The 25.1-metre Maiora motor yacht Four Joys has been sold in an in-house deal with Costas Dimopoulos of IYC representing both buyer and seller.
Constructed in GRP, Four Joys was delivered by Italian yard Maiora Yachts in 2014. She features an exterior penned in-house, while Robert Del Re interiors sleep up to 10 guests in four cabins comprising a generous master cabin, two VIP suites and a guest cabin with a Pullman berth. There are quarters for a crew of three.
Four Joys boasts a main saloon with a large L-shaped settee alongside walnut walls illuminated by ample natural light. Forward, guests can find a formal glass dining table for six, adjacent to a fully equipped galley.
A welcoming al fresco dining area on the aft deck overlooks Four Joy’s open stern and swim platform, while additional sunpads and socialising spaces are found on the foredeck.
Up on the flybridge, guests are treated to in-built seating and al fresco dining aft shaded by a Bimini top. Four Joys also hosts a bespoke Williams tender.
Twin MAN engines provide the 83 GT yacht with a top speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots.
Four Joys was asking €2,800,000.
