The 26.52 metre motor yacht Moon River, listed for sale by Tom George Yacht Group, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Jeff Stanley at Gilman Yachts.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Johnson Yachts to a design by Bill Dixon, she was delivered in 2006 as a Johnson 87 model and most recently refitted in 2018. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin, all with full en suite bathroom facilities. All cabins also have individual climate control and flatscreen television sets.
Outside deck areas include a very pleasant flybridge, semi-shaded by a hard top, that offers plenty of comfortable seating, a full wet bar, an electric grill and a music system. The yacht's interior is accessed via the raised pilot house or through wide doors from the aft deck. High gloss cherry wood adorns the large saloon, which is partially separated from the formal dining area that offers seating for eight. In the aft lounge area of the saloon is comfortable seating, a large bar and an entertainment centre including a 42-inch Samsung LCD television screen.
The large aft deck lends itself to al fresco entertaining and dining, offering a U-shaped banquette seating eight guests and a custom adjustable dining table. Her top speed is 20 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 700 nautical miles at 17 knots with power coming from two 1,550hp Caterpillar C-32-ACERT diesel engines.
Moon River was asking $2,495,000.
