The 25.91 metre sportfish motor yacht Ovation, listed for sale by Jamie MacGregor at MacGregor Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by US yard Jim Smith to a design by Donald L Blount, she was delivered in 2006. Accommodation is for up to nine guests in four cabins comprising a master, suite, VIP suite, double and twin, plus a Pullman berth, all with full en suite facilities.
The interior of the main saloon has lavish hand rubbed satin finished teak throughout and the oversized custom windows make for a very open feeling. The port side houses a generous L-shaped sofa with storage below accompanied by a custom coffee table. Across to starboard are two roomy occasional chairs which face a sleek pop-up television screen.
The massive aft cockpit defines the ultimate custom fishing platform. This area is surrounded by custom teak woodwork and a well-executed mezzanine area. Additionally, it houses generous freezer space and tackle storage for extended fishing trips.
The flybridge boasts ample seating for guests and easy visibility for captain and crew. The helm area houses all the modern technology for safe travel and extreme tournament fishing. From hosting a cocktail hour to enjoying the wide-open ocean, the large flybridge is a perfect vantage point.
Ovation was asking $4,960,000.
