The 25 metre motor yacht Liberation, listed for sale by Randy Buckell at Emerald Pacific Yachting, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Spencer Markatos at Denison Yachting.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Horizon to an in-house design, she was delivered in 2007 as a cockpit motor yacht. Accommodation is for six guests in a full-beam master suite, a full-beam VIP suite and a twin cabin, all with mirrored walls, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities.
Accessed from the aft deck through a stainless steel and glass sliding door, the main saloon is open and inviting, featuring high gloss cherry wood cabinetry, full carpeting and indirect halogen lighting. To starboard aft is a full service wet bar with a built-in fridge, ice maker and a refrigerated double wine cooler. Also to starboard is an entertainment centre including a plasma television screen.
On the port side is a comfortable 3.7 metre wraparound sofa adjacent to an oval cherry wood cocktail table. Aft to port, are stairs to the crew cabins, utility room and interior engine room access. Behind the saloon, the comfortable aft deck is shaded and offers ample seating for al fresco entertaining and dining.
Above the main deck, the flybridge shares its space with a large skylounge featuring an L-shaped sofa with cocktail table. The flybridge itself has another outdoor dining option and includes a large sun pad, barbecue and mini bar.
The foredeck has more upholstered seating and a large sun pad, offering maximum privacy. Her top speed is 22 knots and her power comes from two 1,650hp Caterpillar C-32 diesel engines.
Liberation was asking $1,995,000.
