The 40 metre classic canoe stern motor yacht Seagull of Cayman, jointly listed for sale by Kevin Bonnie at IYC with YDL Yachting, has seen a price reduction of €1,500,000.
Seagull of Cayman was built in steel and aluminium by the Dutch yard Feadship to a design by De Voogt Naval Architects and delivered in 1980 with a full refit in 2006. With interior styling by Robin Rose, she accommodates 12 guests in an on-deck master suite and five double cabins, all with full en-suite bathroom facilities.
Outdoors, Seagull of Cayman offers multiple choices for al fresco entertaining and dining including a large covered aft deck and an extensive flybridge sheltered by a Bimini top. Powered by twin 675hp GM engines, this yacht for sale has a range of 3,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 13 knots.
After a three-year refit programme between 2015-2017, she is now in prime condition. Work undertaken in the multi-million Euro refit included steel work on her hull, the replacement of 95% of her engine room piping, new zero speed stabilisers for added comfort at sea, a full new Awlgrip paint job, a huge new sun pad on the upper deck and new entertainment systems throughout. In addition, her previously closed aft deck was opened up to create a very large al fresco entertainment area.
Lying in Cannes, France, Seagull of Cayman is now asking €3,900,000 with VAT paid,
