The 36.6-metre motor yacht Junestar has been sold with Jeremy Comport of Ocean Independence representing both the buyer and seller.
Junestar was delivered in 1992 by Italian yard Codecasa, featuring an aluminium hull and superstructure for fast cruising. She features a distinctive profile with a raised pilothouse and small hull ports that give a feeling of security.
The yacht can accommodate ten guests in five staterooms, comprising a main deck master suite, as well as a full-beam VIP suite, double cabin and two twins on the lower deck.
Junestar's wood-panelled saloon is homely with wooden venetian blinds and full-height curtains reaching her blue, fully-carpeted sole. An open-plan dining area sits forward and is equally warm with ample wood trim. The nautical feel is reinforced by the half-models of yachts adorning the bulkheads.
The covered aft deck has a table and chairs for al fresco entertaining and dining. Up on the sun deck, there are vast areas for soaking up the sun or curling up with a good book under the shade of the Bimini top.
Twin 2,200hp MTU 12V 396 TE94 diesel engines give this 261GT yacht a cruising speed of 22 knots and a range of 1,800 nautical miles.
Junestar was asking €2,450,000 with VAT paid.
