The 24.38 metre motor yacht Mindy, listed for sale with Kevin Kramer at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Rick Myers at Waterfront Yacht Brokerage.
Mindy was first delivered in 2006 by Chinese shipyard Cheoy Lee and completed a thorough interior refit in 2019. Combining an enclosed bridge with a semi-displacement hull, Mindy is a capable sportfisher which boasts the volume and space of a luxury superyacht.
She was built to a custom design by Tom Fexas, and is outfitted with a professionally rigged fishing cockpit. She can accommodate up to 10 guests in five cabins with a flexible layout, and there is also space for two crew members on board in the two forward staterooms.
Her interiors are styled to a bespoke design by Jon Pokela, featuring warm mahogany panelling and large windows that flood her living spaces with light.
Her main saloon, which is equipped with a Samsung 42" HD TV and Bose surround-sound speakers, is artfully decorated with Chihuly-inspired glass works and an original Jon Pokela painting commissioned specifically for Mindy by the owner. Her master stateroom is spacious and elegant, equipped with cedar wardrobes and a marble-finished en suite bathroom.
Above deck, Mindy offers a variety of outdoor spaces for lounging and dining al fresco, complete with a BBQ grill for cooking the catch of the day. Lounge chairs are set up on the foredeck for sunbathing and the cockpit offers ample space and a fighting chair for fishing. She also carries a Novurania tender.
Powered by two Caterpillar C-30 engines, she can reach a top speed 26 knots and offers a cruising range of 1000 nautical miles.
Mindy was asking $1,599,000.
