The 33.8-metre Cantiere delle Marche motor yacht Sassa La Mare has joined the market with Jim Evans of SuperYachtsMonaco, who originally managed her construction.
Built in steel and aluminium in 2019, she was designed by Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino of Nauta Design as the first and only Nauta Air 110 model, based on the same platform as sistership Narvalo. Her hull was designed by Sergio Cutolo.
Following her launch, she picked up awards for Best Displacement Motor Yacht and Best Interior Design in her class (below 299GT) at the World Superyacht Awards and Design and Innovation Awards.
The panel of judges praised the yacht's use of organic materials and unfinished wood "to create an immediate holiday atmosphere that is at the same time sophisticated and luxurious."
Jim Evans, managing director of SuperYachtsMonaco, said: "The owners and their team were deeply involved in the build process with the result being a masterpiece". The owners specified that they wanted a "bohemian boutique hotel" and they took to a Pinterest board to share ideas with the yard's team.
One of Sessa La Mare's unique attributes is the way in which she comfortably accommodates 12 guests in five cabins on a length overall of just 34 metres. She boasts features that are more common on larger vessels and has an extremely welcoming "beach house" interior. Natural wood finishes are evident on surfaces from sole to deckhead, inviting guests to feel relaxed walking barefoot and wet after a dip in the pool. Dining is at bridge deck level leaving the saloon for relaxation. Crew quarters allow for a team of six.
Located aft on the sundeck, the illuminated glass-walled Jacuzzi is elevated three decks high and forms an irresistible attraction for guests, offering the best views of any part of the yacht. Swimming is enjoyed from the large stern platform reached via an inviting, wide, teak-decked, central transom staircase.
The 299GT yacht has a useful 4,600 nautical mile range at nine knots, a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 13.8 knots. Her five-year LR class survey was completed in 2024.
Sassa La Mare is asking €13,500,000 and lying in Mallorca, Spain.
