The 26.21 metre motor yacht Panacea IV, listed for sale by Andrew Cilla at Luke Brown Yachts, has been sold with Barry Flanigan at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales introducing the buyer.
Built in aluminium by US yard Burger Boat to a design by Jack Hargrave, Panacea IV was delivered in 1984 as a raised pilothouse model. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite aft and two twin cabins to port and starboard, all with en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for four crew.
In the saloon there is a U-shaped sectional sofa to starboard with a glass cocktail table and occasional seating opposite. The saloon offers a dining table on the starboard side while a bar is located forward with plenty of space for guests to relax. Large windows complement the saloon and offer great views.
The flybridge has a centerline helm station forward with full engine controls and gauges. There is a pedestal-mounted helm chair facing forward with excellent visibility over the clear plexiglass windscreen forward. There is additional flybridge bench seating to port and starboard and aft just forward of the hinged radar mast and boat deck. A Bimini top protects the flybridge seating area from the heat of the sun. Twin Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots topping out at 19 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Panacea IV was asking $450,000.
