A further $405,000 price drop has been announced on the 38.7-metre tri-deck motor yacht Impetuous, listed for sale with Jeff Stanley of Gilman Yachts.
Built in aluminium by US yard Burger to a design by Burger Design team's Don O’Keeffe, Impetuous was delivered in 2003 and refitted in 2017, with further upgrades in 2022. Her interior is by A La Mar.
A classic interior in raised and fielded African makore wood accommodates 10 guests in five cabins, consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, double cabin and two twins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are crew quarters for a staff of up to eight.
The main saloon is a large, inviting space that features makore wood with raised panels, contrasting with ceiling panels featuring a decorative wood trim. Forward is a formal dining table for 10 guests as well as plentiful seating and a full entertainment system. Wine enthusiasts will delight in the 200‐bottle, climate-controlled wine cellar, perfect for storing an enthusiast’s collection of fine wines.
The aft deck has covered seating for al fresco dining for up to 10 guests and is equipped with a sound system with access to the extensive music library and satellite radio on board. The sundeck is another highlight, with several seating options, a bar, a spa hot tub and a weatherproof sound system.
Of special note is that she offers wheelchair access, thanks to extra-wide gangways and an elevator that connects the main deck with the sky lounge and upper deck.
Twin 1,300hp Caterpillar 35088-DITA diesel engines, recently rebuilt, give the 291GT yacht for sale a cruising speed of 12 knots, topping out at 15 knots. She is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in West Palm Beach, USA, Impetuous is asking $7,495,000.
