The 55 metre motor yacht Elixir, listed for sale by Jonathan Zwaans of Y.CO, has been sold with IYC's Pierre Vezilier representing the buyer.
Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Amels to a design by Tim Heywood, Elixir was delivered in 2016 as one of the yard’s Limited Edition 180 models. Laura Sessa Design created the interiors for Elixir, which has a total volume of 707GT.
Accommodation is for 12 guests split across six cabins, including a master suite, three double cabins and two twin rooms, while the crew quarters allow for a staff of up to 12 people aboard this yacht for sale.
Key features on board include a skylounge cinema, a beach club with sauna and dive centre plus fold down sea balconies in the master suite and main saloon.
The sundeck, meanwhile, is in a class of its own, offering guests a selection of sun pads, ample seating, a barbecue grill and a backlit onyx bar.
Power comes from a pair of MTU 16V 2000 M70 diesel engines for a total output of 2,616hp and a top speed of 15.5 knots. When trimmed back to 13 knots, Elixir has a maximum cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles, thanks to her total fuel capacity of 115,000 litres.
Elixir was asking €38,900,000.
