The 40 metre Admiral motor yacht Sage has been sold by Kirill Anissimov of Fraser Monaco, with Michel Chryssicopoulos of IYC introducing the buyer.
Constructed in aluminium to a design by Luca Dini, Sage was delivered in 2017 and has only had one owner since. The Admiral Centro Stile team worked with Gian Marco Campanino to create an interior that is described as “elegant and sophisticated.” Panoramic windows ensure that the open-plan saloon and dining area is full of natural light.
Accommodation is for 12 guests split between five staterooms including a main-deck master suite, two doubles and two twins with Pullman berths, while the crew quarters allow for a staff of up to seven people.
Double automatic electric doors lead to the minimalistic main saloon with an open-plan lounge and formal dining area. Above deck, the exterior relaxation area allows guests to enjoy 360-degree views with sun pads, multiple lounge areas and a cocktail bar, all sheltered by removable sun awnings.
Power comes from a pair of 1,925hp Caterpillar C32 diesel engines that allow for a top speed in excess of 20 knots thanks to her lightweight hull. When trimmed back to her cruising speed, Sage boasts an impressive cruising range thanks to her total fuel capacity of 34,000 litres.
Sage was asking €9,900,000.
