A further €800,000 reduction has been announced on the 35.6-metre motor yacht Cinquanta-50, listed for sale with Arne Ploch of Camper & Nicholsons.
Built of steel and aluminium by the Italian Sea Group's Admiral brand, the displacement yacht was delivered in 2014 and features an exterior from Luca Dini Design.
The broker pointed out that the owners are keen to sell prior to the upcoming season and that the yacht has been well-maintained since delivery.
The pale grey hull and white superstructure give her a clean, crisp profile, with tinted windows to complete the contemporary look. The forward windscreens have a purposeful reverse angle and slight "eyebrow" overhang to avoid glare inside.
She accommodates a party of up to nine in four cabins, all on the lower deck, comprising a master, VIP and two further guest twins, with an additional Pullman berth. There are additional quarters for a crew of five, with the galley and crew mess forward on the main deck.
Amidships, the bulwark is lowered to create a panoramic balcony off the main saloon. The saloon also features full-height windows to let in plenty of natural light. The broker pointed out that the yacht for sale has a "modern saloon and outdoor lounges with ample spaces to dine and relax. She is ideal for family use, which is a big part of her charter appeal". She also has a large flybridge.
Twin 1,400hp MAN engines give the 219GT yacht a top speed of 14 knots, a cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 2,200 nautical miles at 9.5 knots. The transom opens to the bathing platform aft, where water toys and tenders can easily be boarded.
Cinquanta-50 is now asking €4,950,000 and lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
