The 36 metre motor yacht Ronesans, listed for sale by Yannis Mitsopoulous at Ocean Independence in Greece, has had a €500,000 price reduction.
Built in laminated wood epoxy by Turkish yard Sun Yatcilik to an in-house design, she was delivered in 2006 and recently refitted and upgraded. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main-deck master suite, a VIP suite, a double and two twins, all with entertainment centres, Sony television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for four crew in three cabins.
The expansive main saloon has two large settees to port and starboard and two armchairs, all upholstered in white fabric and grouped around a large coffee table, while forward is an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen Sony television and a sophisticated sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests while further forward still is a fully equipped galley. Stairs on the starboard side of the transom lead down to a broad swim platform where the tender of this superyacht for sale is stored while at sea.
Deck spaces are extensive and include an aft deck with built-in upholstered seating, a table and chairs laid out for al fresco entertaining and dining. Upstairs, a well appointed sun deck offers a bar, Jacuzzi tub pool and built-in port and starboard upholstered seating. Twin 1,500hp MAN diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 15 knots while opening up the throttles pushes her up to a maximum speed of 20 knots.
Lying in Turkey, Ronesans is now asking €2,000,000.
