Italian yard Cerri Cantieri Navali has announced that it has taken an order for a custom 40 metre motor yacht, with the buyer introduced by Giovanni Tuomi at Infinite Yachts.
Named Panam and designed by Franceso Paszkowski, this all-aluminium project will be part of the yard’s Fuoriserie collection, which already includes the 49.9 metre Elsea and the 27 metre Freedom, and is scheduled for delivery to a European owner in 2020.
Accommodation is planned for up to 12 guests in five cabins comprising a full beam master suite on the main deck with four guest suites below, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The straight bow endows this yacht with a modern, dynamic and powerful look, further enhanced by the large irregular-shape windows that let plenty of natural light into the interior saloon, which will boast port and starboard sea balconies.
The 65 square metre flybridge features a large aft custom-made pool with a counter-current swimming system, while a sunbathing area is located at the bow.
Triple V12 2000 MTU diesel engines coupled to three KaMeWa water jets will power her to a cruising speed of 25 knots, topping out at 31 knots.
The asking price for Panam has been withheld.
