The 30.48 metre sailing yacht Nomad IV, jointly listed for sale by Ocean Independence and Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage, has had a €2,100,000 price reduction.
Launched in 2013 by Italian yard Maxi Dolphin, she was built to RINA classification standards from a pre-preg carbon composite hull and superstructure. MCA compliant, her interior can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, including a master suite, two doubles and two bunk bed cabins. Meanwhile the crew quarters of this yacht for sale allows for a staff of up to four people.
French naval architecture studio Finot-Conq provided both the interior and exterior styling for Nomad IV. A highly accomplished racing yacht, she won gold during the RORC Transatlantic 2015.
Cruising comfort is provided by a voluminous interior and a spacious deck layout. Her large cockpit features two tables that can seat all 12 guests for a relaxed on-board meal, while the extensive water toy collection includes two paddleboards, three kayaks, snorkelling equipment, a wakeboard and a Jet Ski. A lifting keel means that she can reach the kind of shallow anchorages that would normally be off-limits to a sailing yacht of this size.
Sloop rigged, her carbon mast can fly up to 1,400 square metres of 3Di sails, controlled by twin high-performance rudders with chain and cable steering to twin wheels. Auxiliary power comes from a single 286hp Yanmar 370CV diesel engine that can deliver a maximum cruising range of 3,500 nautical miles, thanks to a total fuel capacity of 4,000 litres.
Currently lying in the Mediterranean, Nomad IV is now asking €5,900,000.
