Think the Cannes Film Festival is just about the movies? Think again. Taking place in the Cote d'Azur's most famous yachting hotspot, the annual film festival has become one of the top events not to be missed during the Mediterranean season and proves a huge draw for some of the world's largest yachts. Model Kendall Jenner was spotted making the most of the vast sundeck on board a luxury yacht during the Cannes Film Festival 2017. The star shared a series of snaps showing her posing on an inflatable flamingo and relaxing with fellow guests, actress Anna Schafer and Jenner's half-sister Kourtney Kardashian, with the images proving very popular on social media gaining over 5.5 million likes.

American star Kourtney Kardashian shared this snap taken with her boyfriend Younes Bendjima on board a luxury yacht in Cannes before the pair attended one of the film festival's many star-studded parties. Although Kardashian did not confirm which yacht the pair were staying on, their fellow guests included Hailey Baldwin - who was spotted on board Ecstasea earlier in the week - as well as Kendall Jenner, model Camila Morrone and family friend Simon Huck.

Swedish model and television personality Victoria Silvstedt was spotted on board a superyacht at the Cannes Film Festival 2017. Although it is not known which yacht she chose for this vacation, she is one of the celebrities often seen on superyacht vacations and has opted to charter Daddy Cool numerous times.

Actress Lindsay Lohan splashed out on 86 metre Van Der Werf superyacht Chakra for her Cannes Film Festival vacation. The star shared a number of snaps from the yacht's huge sundeck and even took a turn in the spacious galley to cook up a healthy Mediterranean feast. Those looking to follow in Lohan's footsteps will be pleased to discover that Chakra is currently listed for sale with SSH Maritime.

Emily Ratajkowski is one of the models frequently spotted on superyacht vacations and her most recent jaunt to Cannes was no different. Ratajkowski chose 86 metre Feadship Ecstasea - definitely a favourite celebrity charter yacht - for this trip and shared numerous picturesque snaps from her huge foredeck.

Of course, there's little point chartering a vast 86 metre yacht on your own. Emily Ratajkowski was joined on board Ecstasea by fellow models Hailey Baldwin and Bella Hadid. Hadid and Ratajkowski are both attending Cannes as ambassadors of fine jewellery house Bulgari while Baldwin is performing a similar role for jeweller De Grisogono.

Also staying on board with the Ratajkowski, Baldwin and Hadid was American singer/songwriter Justine Skye. Baldwin posted a video, from which the above is a still, on social media showing the pair clearly enjoying their time on board with a little top deck dance party.

British actress Naomie Harris also took to the waves in Cannes to launch her new sustainable jewellery range created with Swarovski. Although picking a somewhat smaller yacht than her fellow famous attendees, Harris got much more involved with her vessel, even taking to the helm of the luxurious day boat.
