€520M+ worth of yachts join the market in July amid boost in sales

Supply appears to be keeping pace with a recovering demand for superyachts on the brokerage market as both the number of new listings and sales received a boost in July. 

According to the latest figures from BOATPro, the total value of new listings added this past month rose to €522.8 million, representing a 16 per cent increase from the previous month with €450.8 million. The growth was spearheaded by two especially high-value items, namely the 67-metre Heesen motor yacht Sparta with an asking price of €99 million and the 80-metre Oceanco giant Aalto, asking €86 million.
