Sanlorenzo S.p.A. has closed the initial part of its purchase agreement with Sawa S.r.l. to acquire Finnish sailing yacht builder Nautor Swan, along with the indirect purchase of Nautor Swan's 13 subsidiaries, collectively known as Nautor Swan Group.
