The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency of Ukraine (ARMA) has officially filed a complaint with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) regarding a "possible artificial delay" in legalising the sale of the 92.5-metre superyacht Royal Romance, with the official process yet to be initiated.
"ARMA has repeatedly emphasised the importance of promptly completing all legal procedures necessary for the sale of the asset and filling the state budget of Ukraine," read an official statement. "The agency now sees risks of artificially delaying this process, which is detrimental to both the public interest and the public demand for justice."
