Semar (Serveis Marítims Port Elvissa) and Ocibar, two companies specialising in the development and management of yachting facilities, have entered a joint venture to renovate and later operate the newly rechristened Marina Port Valencia, having won the 35-year concession agreement from the Valencia Port Authority in May 2024.
