Karen Underwood on the future of Spirit Yachts as new CEO

Last week it was announced that Spirit Yachts would be led by existing managing director Karen Underwood, while founding CEO Sean McMillan moves away from the role to act as a brand ambassador and consulting designer for the British yard. It was also revealed that Spirit Yachts received a significant injection of capital from a new majority group of owners, positioning the company for growth on the back of its 30th-anniversary milestone.
