Netherlands-based builder Holterman Shipyard has reportedly been declared bankrupt and is being investigated for takeover by potential investors.
Curator Rienk de Vries confirmed to local news publications that the yard had been operating at a loss since 2022, fuelled by a lack of new orders and rising aluminium prices.
