Ferretti Convergence 2025: “The role of a captain is becoming more complex and safety is being squeezed”

The 18th edition of the Ferretti Group Convergence event took place from 26 to 28 February and saw over 100 captains and chief engineers, plus sponsors, panellists and Ferretti Group representatives gather in Bangkok for two days of networking, learning and sharing ideas.

Day one began with a message from Ferretti Group's CEO Aberto Galassi, who emphasised how much the Group values their captains. “For us, Convergence is a vitally important opportunity to get together and talk. “Our” captains are the Group’s eighth wonder and we owe them, their professionalism and their expertise a debt of gratitude and attention, and occasions like this are invaluable for mutual training," he said.
