Calzedonia Group acquires Cantiere del Pardo

The Italian shipyard Cantiere del Pardo has been acquired by the Italian fashion house Calzedonia Group and Wise Equity Fund, which specialises in the investment of Italian SMEs. Wise Equity has also offered financial support to Cantiere del Pardo since 2020. 

The parties entered into a binding contract that will allow Cantiere del Pardo to pursue a strengthened international growth strategy, as well as develop new models to exist within the yard's Grand Soleil, Pardo Yachts and VanDutch brands.
