Mulder Shipyard to expand refit opportunities

1 November 2012 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Mulder Shipyard's new facility in Zoeterwoude Rijndijk will be ready in the next few weeks and sees the yard expand its refit facilities.

The two dry docks in the new facility are 55 m long and 12 m wide, and will be ideally suited for work on larger hulls.

The current facility in Voorschoten will switch from yacht construction to the maintenance, service and storage of yachts up to 18 metres in length. Yacht owners will have several large and small operations at their disposal here, including engine servicing or electrical system adjustments. Complete refits will also be possible.
