STRA DODO is a 29m tri-deck Sanlorenzo motoryacht, launched from the shipyard in Italy in 2021.

The SL96 Asymmetric model sports both an exterior and interior design by Zuccon International Projects. This yacht’s elegant looks, large interior volume, quality construction and innovative style have made the SL96 A extremely popular. The asymmetric design approach reimagines the conventional motor yacht layout, creating a more dynamic flow, more interior space, and new vantage points. Notably, the stated construction length is just 24m.

STRA DODO has accommodation for nine guests in four cabins. The master suite is on the main deck and enjoys direct access to an exterior lounge on the foredeck. There are two VIP doubles as well as a twin cabin with an additional Pullman berth on the lower deck. What would have been a second twin cabin has been converted to a gym, but this could be reinstated to allow accommodation for two more if desired. There are two further cabins in the bow for a complement of four crew.

The interior adopts a modern and sophisticated look, with simple yet elegant pieces from well-known names such as Minotti and Paola Lenti. Oak cabinetry and flooring is complemented by Wenge furniture and dark brown leathers. Large, full height windows deliver plenty of natural light and the asymmetric design allows for extra volume to port in the saloon, as well as a bulwark that can be lowered to give an unobstructed view from the dining table.

The highlight of STRA DODO’s exterior spaces is her sizeable flybridge. Teak decking runs under foot and a bar counter, fridge, teppanyaki grill and al fresco dining table make it an ideal space for socialising.

To aft on the main deck is another location for dining, and there’s a sunbathing spot on the foredeck.

At the boat’s stern, a submersible swim platform affords easy access to and from the water and provides convenient launching for a jet ski. A 3.5m Williams tender is stowed in the aft garage.

STRA DODO has a top speed of 28 knots, a cruising speed of 24 knots, and at-anchor stabilisers to enhance onboard comfort. Cared for by a full-time crew since her delivery, the yacht is in as-new condition and represents an exciting opportunity for immediate cruising.
