The 24.9 metre Swan sailing yacht Island Fling has been sold in-house by Tim Quinlan at Ocean Independence.
Island Fling was built in composite by Finland’s Nautor’s Swan yard to a design by German Frers. Bureau Veritas classed, she was delivered in 2001. A teak veneer interior with a hand-rubbed satin varnish finish sleeps up to eight guests in a full-beam owner’s stateroom, a double and a twin cabin, plus two Pullman berths.
The main saloon offers ample seating in a lounge space, with dining for up to 10 guests. On her teak deck, Island Fling boasts plentiful socialising opportunities, particularly towards the foredeck with panoramic views overlooking the ocean.
Island Fling is equipped for fast cruising, featuring PBO rigging, a carbon mast and boom, and a 4.5 metre draft. Under power, a 240hp Yanmar engine gives her a range of 1,600 nautical miles at nine knots.
Island Fling was asking €1,900,000 with VAT paid.
