Perini Navi sailing yacht P2 sold

The 38 metre sailing yacht P2, listed for sale by Perini Navi USA, has been sold in an in-house deal.

Designed by Philippe Briand, P2 was built with an alloy hull and carbon superstructure by Italian yard Perini Navi and delivered in 2008. In 2014, her five-year ABS survey saw her receive several upgrades including a repaint of the hull, mast and boom, her keel removed and overhauled and new fabrics in the saloon_._

P2 was asking €6,950,000

Accommodation is for up to nine guests in three cabins including a full beam master suite, an aft cabin with three twin beds and a Pullman berth and a forward twin with a Pullman berth.

The guest cockpit, with its versatile tables and seating options, provides an enormous indoor/outdoor living area. Casual lounging and formal dining are both possible within the same space. The modern interior features Perini quality and attention to detail coupled with lightweight materials and construction technology. Wrap around windows and a coach-roof skylight allow plenty of natural light. The seating area on the port side is raised slightly, while the dining table to starboard, like the table in the cockpit, can be configured as an intimate table for two, a coffee table or a formal table for eight.

Her track record on the superyacht racing circuit is second to none, with podium finishes in 18 out of the 21 regattas she entered. While producing these excellent results on the race course, she has provided her owner and his family with superb cruising throughout the Med, the Caribbean, the Bahamas and New England. In addition, she has an excellent charter track record.

P2 was asking €6,950,000.
