News in from Nick Dean at Ocean Independence that he's listed the 28m motor yacht Impulse for sale.
Built by British superyacht yard Sunseeker, she was delivered in 2007 and is MCA compliant. A large main saloon comes with comfortable settees, occasional chairs, sound system and television screen while accommodation is for up to nine guests in four staterooms plus four crew. The master suite is full beam and the VIP stateroom has a queen sized bed. To aft and starboard there are two nearly identical twin cabins, the starboard one having a Pullman berth.
Twin Caterpillar 1,800hp engines give her a cruising speed of 23 knots. Since launch, Impulse has achieved her owner's requirement of eight weeks charter between May and October each year at an average charter rate of €50,000 per week.
Lying in the South of France, Impulse is asking €2.65 million.
