News in overnight from Wes Sanford at Northrop & Johnson of a near-$1 million price drop on his central listing, Mangusta's 28m motor yacht Kampai.

Built by Overmarine in 2005 to Bureau Veritas class, she is stylish and fast and perfect for entertaining, with two dining areas – a formal indoor dining room and an outdoor deck for alfresco meals. MCA compliant, Kampai accommodates nine guests in four staterooms and cruises at a swift 28 knots. She also has an Atlas shore power converter for use in Europe and the USA and is now down to $4.995 million.
