The 28.65 metre motor yacht Paradise, listed for sale with David Johnson and Chris Enfield at Denison Yachting has been sold with the buyer introduced by Justin Roetken at Landmark Yacht Sales.
Designed by Zuccon International Project, Paradise was built in GRP by Ferretti to RINA class and delivered in 2004 as one of the yard’s Custom Line models. Accommodation in a high gloss cherry wood panelled interior is for up to 10 guests in four cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, VIP suite and port and starboard twins, each with a Pullman berth and all with entertainment centres, flatscreen televisions and en-suite bathroom facilities. There are also quarters for four crew.
The main saloon has an L-shaped leather settee to port with a two-tiered glass table, while to starboard is a full wet bar and an entertainment centre including a pop-up television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Forward to port is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests.
The aft deck has an upholstered bench seat centrally located in the transom with an oval teak dining table, three teak deck chairs, a drop-down television screen and boarding doors on both sides. Moving on up, the flybridge offers a Jacuzzi surrounded by upholstered seating, a U-shaped dinette, bar and grill area, all sheltered by a large Bimini top with optional extensions.
Twin 2,400hp MTU diesel engines power her to maximum speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 26 knots.
Paradise was asking $1,459,000.
