The 31.6 metre motor yacht Chica 1, listed for sale by Arne Ploch at Camper & Nicholsons International, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Benetti Sail Division to an in-house design, Chica 1 was delivered in 2009. She has the yard's signature canoe stern hull and is equipped with all the latest technology and equipment needed for comfortable cruising. The interior is in long grain cherry wood with leather panelling, offering guests a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
An interior designed by Riccardo Paoli accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, VIP suite, double and twin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
Her open-plan saloon has a lounge area with built-in couches, coffee tables, a bar, ice maker and an entertainment centre including a large screen Samsung television, DVD player and a Hi-Fi sound system. Forward is a dining area with seating for six guests and storage for glassware, china and silver.
Up on the flybridge is a second helm position, a fridge and barbecue grill offering comfortable al fresco dining, sheltered from the sun by a Bimini top. Twin 1,000hp MAN engines power her to a cruising speed of 11.5 knots topping out at 14 knots and she has a range of 3,300 nautical miles at 10.5 knots.
Chica 1 was asking €3,950,000.
