The 33.5 metre sailing yacht Toto has changed central agencies and is now listed for sale with Stuart Larsen and Michael Selter at Fraser Yachts.
Built in aluminium by US yard Palmer Johnson to a design by John G Alden, she was delivered in 1983 as a cruising sloop with a comprehensive refit in 2014. Accommodation is for up to eight guests in three cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite and port and starboard doubles, all with entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, the library converts into a fourth guest cabin with upper and lower full sized berths when desired.
The saloon of this yacht for sale is bathed in light from large windows and provides superb views of the surroundings, offering contemporary furnishings and décor, accentuated by her spectacular white oak millwork. A sofa along the starboard side is separated from a matching loveseat by two coffee tables, while a bar, complete with fridge, storage, sink, icemaker and swivel bistro chairs, looks forward over the foredeck.
The fully enclosed and air conditioned pilothouse ensures safe, comfortable cruising in all conditions. Immediately aft of the pilothouse is the cockpit; an on-deck lounging and dining area with a custom top to provide shade and protection from the elements. Built-in seating and multiple tables may be raised and lowered or expanded for accommodating larger groups.
A single 440hp Caterpillar diesel engine gives her a very respectable range of 3,000 nautical miles.
Lying in St Maarten, Toto is asking $2,190,000.
