The 52-mete in-build Tankoa Yachts Project Secret is now being offered for sale with Andrew Bond of Edmiston.
The 499 GT yacht for sale is scheduled for delivery in November 2025. Her exterior design is courtesy of Philippe Briand and naval architecture by Vitruvius Yachts, while Italian studio FM Architettura penned the modern interior concept.
Designed to be the “ultimate floating beach house", various elements have been dedicated to creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces, including the open-sided lounge and retractable panel for waterside and al fresco dining. Project Secret also features a water-level pool, gym and wellness area complete with an infrared sauna.
The contemporary, airy interiors incorporate a neutral palette. Throughout, light floods the living areas thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows; highlights inside also include the floating staircase. Dutch noise and vibration specialist Wilem Van Cappellen has been enlisted to oversee the sound and vibration throughout the yacht to achieve a tranquil environment.
Elsewhere, an expansive sundeck is peppered with sun loungers, a spa pool and a bar. The entertainment system provides surround sound, is iPad-controlled, and benefits from a Starlink WiFi connection.
A total of 12 guests are accommodated across six cabins, with the owner’s cabin occupying the main deck with its own private balcony. A full-beam VIP suite is found on the lower deck alongside four additional guest suites, with two double and two twin configurations. There is additional space for nine crew.
Project Secret will benefit from a hybrid propulsion system, achieving an economical speed of 12 knots and boasting fuel savings of up to 59%. The system enables the yacht to remain in the ‘hotel model’ for 8.5 hours.
Project Secret is asking €38,500,000 with Edmiston.
