British shipyard Sunseeker has announced its acquisition by Orienta Capital Partners and Lionheart Capital after being purchased from the Chinese real estate group Wanda.
Made public during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the news aims to strengthen the yard’s position in the market. Last year, the yard ranked number nine in the Global Order Book.
