It seems only fitting that the Former First Lady of the United States and Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis would celebrate their nuptials on board Christina O in 1968– after all, it belonged to Onassis. Once a vessel built for the Canadian Navy, the yacht was sold off at the end of WWII and bought in 1954 by the visionary. The 99-metre yacht is named after Onassis's daughter, Christina, while the O references his wife's new nickname, Jackie O. The luxury yacht was frequented by the likes of Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne, Elizabeth Taylor, Grace Kelley, and Frank Sinatra in her heyday, and continues as a popular charter yacht today. Interestingly, the yacht's bar (known as Ari's Bar) served as the first meeting place for John F. Kennedy and Winston Churchill.
