The 25.1 metre motor yacht Lady Doris, listed for sale by Frank Grzeszczak Jr at IYC, has received a price reduction of $149,000.
Built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker International, she was delivered in 2006 as a Sunseeker 82 model. Immaculately maintained by a full time skipper and mate, her high gloss cherry interior accommodates eight guests in four cabins. These consist of a full beam master suite with a king sized bed, a VIP suite with a queen sized bed and two twins, all with entertainment systems, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon lounge area has settees to port and starboard with a full entertainment centre including a Bose stereo surround sound system. Forward to starboard is a dining area with seating for eight guests while a fully equipped galley lies to port. Further forward still are two helm seats.
The aft cockpit of this yacht for sale has teak decking, built in upholstered seating and a teak dining table, along with steps down to a hydraulic swim platform. More al fresco entertaining and dining is available on the flybridge offering upper helm seating for three, a wet bar, ice maker and a barbecue grill. In addition, there is a davit to lower jet skis into the water and the area is sheltered by a canvas Bimini top. The foredeck has further seating and a sun pad.
Twin 1,625hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a comfortable cruising speed of 29 knots and a refit in 2017 saw her fitted with Seakeeper gyroscopic zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lady Doris is now asking $1,800,000.
