A €5,000,000 price drop has been announced on the classic 41.8-metre Feadship motor yacht Synthesis 66. She is listed for sale with Ed Dickinson of Northrop & Johnson.
Built in steel and aluminium by Feadship De Vries Scheepsbouw in the Netherlands in 1982, the vessel was the recipient of major refit work and cosmetic upgrades between 2019 to 2023 at Monaco Marine. This included the installation of a new interior with designs by Daniela Boutsen.
Much of the original woodwork was preserved and care was taken to retain her warm, classic ambience. The main deck saloon feels welcoming and cosy with freestanding large sofas and armchairs, cream carpets and classic joinery. The intimate dining room forward is separated by a glass screen.
Accommodation is for a party of 10 including an amidships master cabin on the main deck, with a walk-through area that could be used as a nanny cabin. The master bathroom has a large shower finished with mosaic starfish shapes and double sinks set into a slab of marble, with some teak panelling for added warmth.
The remaining guest cabins are found on the lower deck, comprising a queen-sized double VIP cabin and three more convertible cabins allowing flexibility for family or charter use. There are quarters for nine crew in five cabins, also upgraded during the refit.
Her bridge deck sports a Jacuzzi aft, overlooked by guests using the gym equipment positioned on the top deck facing aft. Ample sunpads that double as sofas make for a convivial experience, all enhanced by a bar, televisions and dining space forward.
Powered by twin Caterpillar diesels, the 347GT motor yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 13 knots. She can travel up to 3,500 nautical miles at an economic speed and is both Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant.
Her new owners will be eligible to continue membership of the prestigious Feadship Heritage Fleet.
Synthesis 66 is now asking 18,000,000 with VAT paid.
