KRM Yacht Refit & Rebuild is Turkey’s first professional facility dedicated to the refit and rebuild of superyachts. Established in 2010, the company has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services tailored to the specific needs of superyacht owners. With over 15 years of experience and more than 200 successfully delivered projects, KRM Yacht is recognised for its reliability, innovation, and commitment to excellence in the global superyacht refit sector.

The company’s team of over 100 professionals, including project managers, engineers, naval architects, and skilled craftsmen, ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards. The facility is based in Tuzla and conveniently located just 15 minutes from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport.

KRM Yacht is the sole member of the prestigious ICOMIA Superyacht RefitGroup in Turkey, aligning itself with the world’s top refit and repair yards. Furthermore, KRM Yacht is the only facility in Turkey with all three major ISO certifications – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 – in the fields of refit, repair, and maintenance, awarded by LRQA.

Facility and in-house services

KRM Yacht’s state-of-the-art facility in Tuzla, Istanbul, offers tax-free services for foreign-flagged vessels. The facility is equipped with:

  • 900-ton travel lift
  • 40,000 square metres of hard-standing area, accommodating up to 50 vessels 
  • 2500-square-metre workshop area and 800-square-metre storage space
  • Repair quays for up to 15 superyachts, handling vessels up to 110 metres

KRM Yacht provides a comprehensive range of in-house services, enabling full control over each project and ensuring exceptional attention to detail. These services include project management, engineering and design, interior design and carpentry, painting, mechanical and hydraulic systems, metal works, plumbing and piping and electronic systems.

To provide complete transparency, KRM Yacht also offers a unique "View YourYacht" feature, enabling superyacht owners to monitor the progress of their vessel’s refit around the clock.

Recent projects

Among their most notable projects are the 50-metre Stern, the 39.8-metre Lioness, the 48-metre Muse, the 33-metre Newal, the 31.1-metre Just4Us and the 38.1-metre Charade.
