Ekka Yachts

EKKA Yachts was established in 1984 with the purpose to represent, market, sell and service boats and yachts built by the world's most prestigious shipyards. As the company built a reputation based on its customer-centric approach, it collected a portfolio of brands such as Riva, Pershing, Hatteras, Bertram Yachts and others, becoming the largest yacht reseller in terms of market share in Greece by the late 1990s.

Since 2008 EKKA Yachts has drastically expanded its offering of services in the fields of sales brokerage through collaborations with international brokers and Central Agency appointments from its new-building clientele. The company has consistently brokered 10-20 second-hand yacht sales annually, ranging from 15 to 30 m. in loa, in addition to its traditional new-building sales activity.

In 2011, the company launched its chartering department specializing initially in charter management of 15-20m. crewed motor-yacht charters primarily on the Greek islands. The fleet of CA appointments has since then expanded to include six vessels in 2015, most of which are over 20 meters in overall length. As the company has gained a reputation and clientele in the chartering business through its involvement in charter management, it has managed as a result to also gain traction in the field of retail chartering.

The company today operates from one office in Athens and another subsidiary office in Limassol, Cyprus employing a team of 15 multilingual yachting experts.
